Our first completed project was in Baher Char, Bangladesh. The 33 Buckets team teamed up with the founder of the Rahima Hoque Girls' College to set up a water filtration system on the campus of the school. Currently the filtration system supplies 900 girls and their families with safe clean drinking water. Local tea shops and corner stores purchase water in 10L water containers from the school and sell them to customers that refill these containers for only a fraction of the price of bottled water. It is estimated that 12,000+ people have been impacted through the implementation of this project.
