System Used: Chlorine Disinfection
In the summer of 2019, 33 Buckets met with the school at Mollemolle to discuss their water needs. Mollemolle had a functioning drip chlorination system; however, upon our examination, it was clear it had not been used. The drip tank was dry with chlorine residue in it. Our team members spent time training the JASS and school students on how their chlorination system worked. In addition, testing kits were provided to both the school and JASS leaders so that they can regularly test their residual chlorine levels.
